The game is scheduled to launch on November 19, so prepare your devices and get ready to jump into an action-adventure experience with what many expect to be the most realistic gameplay of the century.
In the sections below, we will explain how you can officially pre-order GTA 6, whether online or as a physical copy. We will also discuss its price, file size, features, and system requirements.
How to officially Pre-Order GTA 6?
Initially, the game will be available on consoles. From the links below, you can place a pre-order on June 25 at the original price. Before that, you can visit and add the game to the wishlist.
- PlayStation: https://store.playstation.com/en-us/concept/10000730
- XBOX: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/store/grand-theft-auto-vi/9NL3WWNZLZZN
Caution: Never pre-purchase the game through unofficial or third-party sites as they are likely to be scammed.
Once the pre-orders start, you can pay the price and reserve your game. Whereas it will be officially available to download on November 19 this year.
If you want to buy a physical copy of the game, you should visit an authorized retailer or order it from the official website. Please note that in developing countries like Pakistan or India, a physical copy may not be available at launch. Never buy a cheap pirated copy of the game, as it is illegal and may lack features or may not work properly.
GTA 6 Game Size and System Requirements
Rockstar Games has not yet made any announcement regarding the game size or system requirements, but it is confirmed that the game is developed for modern systems like PS5 and the Xbox Series X|S. Unfortunately, PlayStation 4 is unsupported, and PC will likely get the game at the end of 2027 or at the start of 2028. If you want to play this game, you should consider upgrading to a PS5 before prices increase and you are left watching YouTube videos and streams.
On the Xbox game listing, if you go to the “More” section, you will only see “Architecture: x64” in the minimum and recommended requirements, while the other sections are empty.
If you scroll down just above the footer, Rockstar mentions the approximate size as 328.76 MB. This could either be the base placeholder size or a dummy value. However, the official game size is expected to be between 150 GB and 250 GB.
Top Hidden Features
A few days ago, Rockstar published the cover art on their website that revealed a lot of hidden features that no one is talking about.

As you will see in the above cover art, there is an helicopter, a motorbyke, a girl, ship and a man holding a gun means its similar to previous titles but with a different look.
In GTA 5, Michael, Franklin, and Trevor could casually pull a rocket launcher, a minigun, and three assault rifles out of an invisible magic pocket. It was fun, but completely arcade-like. The slings in the new cover art heavily imply that GTA 6 is adopting the Red Dead Redemption 2 inventory system. You’ll likely be restricted to what you can physically carry on your body—maybe two heavy weapons on slings and a sidearm holstered on your hip. It completely changes how we’re going to approach shootouts and heists.
One of the characters in the artwork is wearing an outfit that is basically a 1:1 recreation of Lance Vance’s iconic suit from the original GTA: Vice City. Could this be a hint that this character is going to betray us, just like Lance did to Tommy Vercetti?
Just like the classic Vice City box art, the new cover prominently features a yellow Lamborghini parody and the Principe sports bike.

What would be the expected price of GTA 6?
The official GTA 6 pricing will likely be revealed when pre-orders go live on June 25. However, a Portuguese retailer has already listed five SKUs under the names RS1, RS2, RS3, RS4, and RS5, with a release date of November 19, which matches the official launch date confirmed by Rockstar Games.
According to the retailer listing, the editions are priced between €89.99 and €199.99. Since European prices typically include VAT, which can reach around 23% in some countries, pricing in other regions may differ. In the United States, game prices are generally displayed before sales tax, meaning the standard edition could start at around $80.
If the listing is accurate, GTA 6 may launch with as many as five different editions. This would be more than the traditional lineup of a Standard Edition, Deluxe Edition, and Collector’s Edition commonly offered with major game releases. The higher-tier editions could potentially include exclusive digital content, bonus in-game items, early access perks, or physical collectibles.
It is important to note that Rockstar Games has not officially announced any GTA 6 editions or prices at the time of writing. Until an official confirmation is released, players should treat these retailer listings as rumors and speculation rather than confirmed information.
