User Data Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your personal data associated with our games and services under UNIDAC UK LTD, you can request it at any time.

We collect limited user data through Google Sign-In (Gmail) and Google Play Games Services solely to save and sync your game progress across devices. We do not sell or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon request, we will delete:

Your saved game progress (cloud data)
Associated account identifiers (such as Google account ID used for login)
Any related in-game data stored on our servers

How to Request Data Deletion

Please include:

The email address you used to log in (Gmail)
The name of the game(s)
A clear request stating that you want your data deleted

Processing Time

We typically process data deletion requests within 3–7 business days. In some cases, it may take longer if additional verification is required.

Important Notes

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
Deleting your data will result in the loss of all game progress and purchases linked to your account
Some minimal data may be retained if required for legal or security purposes
