On March 11, 2026, PUBG started rolling out the Evolving Universe Update. The official release date was March 12, but due to the Play Store’s gradual rollout, it started early. Krafton is bringing fresh content and UI upgrades along with a new Theme Mode, Evolving Universe. Furthermore, 90/120 FPS is added to more devices for a smooth gaming experience. The game’s rendering is optimized to prevent heat issues and deliver butter-smooth gameplay.

Character Class Skills
To add a twist in the game, ranked skills are added: Healing, Combat, Recon, Detection, and Vehicle. Each specialization is added in C/B/A/S ranks, where C is the starting rank, and S is the maximum. Each skill has its own benefits that will give you a slight edge over your enemy.
Classic Improvements
S12K is added to Livik, whereas Mini-14 is added to both Livik and Sanhok, and Honey Badger to Miramar, Karakin, Vikendi, Rondo, and Nusa as ground loot. The new semi-automatic M1 Garand sniper rifle is designed for both long-range and close-range fighting.
The Flare drop vehicle, BRDM-2, is replaced with a Tracked Amphicarrier vehicle to provide a more robust experience. It is much more powerful, and a machine gun is installed, so you can kill enemies while sitting in it.
